All of our latte concentrates (Chai, Turmeric Gold and London Fog) are good for 90 days after opening when refrigerated. 

Per serving: 

Chai - 20 mg

Matcha Latte - 20 mg

Matcha Unsweetened - 40 mg

Green Teas - 30-50 mg

Black Teas - 40-60 mg

It's important to note that the caffeine levels in tea can be influenced by the steeping time. The longer you steep the tea, the more caffeine will be extracted.

Our herbal Teas and Turmeric Gold Latte are caffeine free.

As far as tea shelf life, storage method is key. Light, heat, moisture and air all break down the leaves and aromatics quickly, so storing your tea long-term in an airtight container, in a dark cool place can keep your flavors and aromas fresh and potent. Herb teas with flowers and lighter leaves (like chamomile or mint) tend to lose flavor and potency faster as well. Stored correctly black tea can have a shelf life of up to 2 years, green tea about 6 months, and herbal tea up to a year. These are general recommendations. You can always taste it and see if you still like it.

Packing peanuts are made out of cornstarch and fully biodegradable (if they hold them under water they will disintegrate). They can be composted if they are dry (they will rot if they are wet). If they are thrown away they will disintegrate in the landfill.  

Cardboard boxes and tape can be recycled together. 

1 lb. and 2.8 ox tea storage bags are certified biodegradable. You can't recycle them but they will break down quickly and can even be composted.

We love visitors but unfortunately we don’t serve or sell tea at our production location. However you are welcome to place your order online and pick it up here! During checkout you can select ‘Local Factory Pick Up’. Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready you can stop by M-Th between 9am and 3pm or call us and we will arrange a special time for you to come pick up your tea.

Matcha is extremely delicate and deteriorates when in contact with light, warmth, and oxygen. It is best to keep it in an airtight and opaque container and away from heat.
